Not recommended, very bad service.staffs are very bad at there service.If you come here are see, you would think that how this akshaya centre is moving on with this kind of staffs. Also there is no place to wait. Onikill Service ok akanam allel ,mariyathaku irikan space ondakanam,ith ippo randum illa. Also I think the service charge is little bit high here. Well, what can I say here I came to this Aadhar office yesterday to book an appointment for today, to sort out some aadhar card issue. I was given a token # and was told to report at 12:30pm. I came here on time and I have been waiting here for the last 2 hours. Since then, me and the 15 or so other people have been waiting and no movements have happened. There seems to be no staff inside and when I approached an old gentleman sitting inside, he was rude and vehemently told all of us that "this is how this works here, you have to wait". To reiterate my stance, I don't have a problem waiting. What I have a problem with is the lack of updates provided to us (the people waiting in the queue) by the staff of this Akshaya centre. For unexplainable reasons, this centre has not been able to process more than 2 people's request in am HOUR, whereas this particular center has more than 5 staff. If you wonder why our situation does not improve in terms of customer experience, it's because of this shameless and rude attitude exhibited by the staff here. It seems that they don't care about the value of time for those customers who cancel all their plans for the day just to come here and get their aadhar/other regulatory issues sorted. As seen in this picture, there's no staff. When approached, the gentleman sitting inside responded with a rude and abnoxious tone. No wonder why people continue to suffer. It's such a SHAME to see people experiencing such difficulties even in 2021 where these people are supposed to have access to the "latest technology" In conclusion, if you ever think about visiting this Akshaya center (or any other center for that matter), you must expect 1) To spend more than 3 hours waiting 2) to have the staff behave rudely to you

They provide service only if u have reccomendation from their owner.else they make us wait for ours. First comes first serv doesnt apply to these people. So dont go here instead go to other akshya centers where recommendation is not needed.pathetic

If I could have the option of give zero star then I should choose it, the man who's sitting inside is arrogant. Since last 15 day's I am behind them to update my contact number in aadhar card always the feed back was the aadhar site is updating so come next day. Atlast I approached an alternative akshaya center and done my work in 1 hr.

Very poor service and delayed processing, and there is no waiting area as such of other akshya centers. Please improve the services and the speed of processing immediately asap.

The staffs there was arrogant and irresponsive.. highly not recomended

The place is quite crowded most of the times but they do all types of applications.
