Akshaya E Center (Kerala Govt) - State government office in Kodakara - Thrissur, India

Very bad customer service, unprofessional staff, they don't even have proper internet connection.dirty environment, waste bin is overflowing, uncleaned dusty and broken floors, long waiting time and at the end they will just tell it's not happening..they are not even asking what are the services we need..even if are telling,they are not doing it..went for aadhar updation, with mobile number and photo updation but they just did only document updation and charged 50rs for that. Very shameful service, simply they are receiving the salary from government without working . Atleast try to provide us the service if you are taking money from us.

Not well professional service, and always crowded area. Should have a mechanism to control crowd like token system. As it government related service customer may face multiple issues like server down etc In kodakara we have few akshya centers but as per my experience here is less crowded among these
