When I went there, no one was present. I rang the bell, and a person named Mr. Sukumaran arrived after five minutes. I told him that I needed to set a date for passport renewal. He responded, "I am not handling passport renewals at the moment; I am only processing Aadhaar renewals." I didn't understand why he couldn't help me with the passport renewal. Why do they assign people like him to work at Akshaya? They should choose someone who is more proactive and not lazy. As a result, I am now getting it done at Pengatiri Akshaya!

Excellent service. Center starts at sharp 9 AM in the morning. All the government services under one roof. Overall good experience
