The staffs are very supportive and they will do the work speedy. We can get appointment for next days. So there is no rush to complete the procedures. They have online payments facilities.
Worst service! Shouts at the customers, even after coming early morning and took appointment no response for over 2 hours.

They are following a systematic approach with token system for queue management and an initial filtering to avoid unnecessary crowd. They have enough IT resources to serve atleast 10 people at a time, still very delayed service, due to not enough staff I guess.. Need improvement in that area.. Still, the overall experience was good.
