The staffs having Very bad attitude.

Good service. Time consuming as its common for every branches

The work process is poor. There is no place to sit, the queue does not move and all that a visitor does is to keep standing. The staff employed behaves as if they are doing a big favour for carrying out their duties. It is time that the authorities improve matters - if they are concerned about the welfare of the people.

The place is very crowded but helpful to get government papers done for whatever service you go there make sure that you take all your details and certificates with you or else they will make you run for it

Very poor customer service. The staff employed here are not technically equipped with the various functionalities of government websites. A government official from the registrar office had to take a class over the phone to teach the employees as they were unaware! My application succeeded in the 3rd attempt from Vattiyoorkavu Akshaya centre, after paying the fees twice at Thirumala centre for the sake of uploading the documents. Even had to extend my leave to two days because of their inexperience.

good one.. appreciate the facility.. professional approach.. there is enough, efficient and supportive staff.. but morning hours are pretty busy as there is rush of customers and one has to wait in the queue.. better alternative than waiting in a govt. office to file an application..

Visited for a service related to Aadhaar updation. Service was quite satisfactory as other e-centres. It's on first floor. Go up the round stairs and you'll see the entrance.
