Akshaya Centre Maithani - Government office in Kaniyapuram, Murukkumpuzha - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Since for the last 2 weeks we have been visiting this center for my 1 year old son's Aadhaar card .We have visited this place more than 4 times and called around 6 times. After a long period of follow up we called today (10.08.2022) 12.45 and we reached by 1.30 they refused to do that because we were late .Since the beginning they are saying the system is down and we have a travelling time of 15 minutes more. They don't have any humanitarian consideration for a 1 year old child ...after we have found one akshaya center in murukkumpuzha and we have done the process within 20 minutes . a humble request to Akshaya center Maithani kindly please close this center .A useless center and no responsive staff with arrogant attitude .

The place is not so spacious. However the attitude of workers are very professional. My nearest akshaya centers were Technopark Akshya and Kazhakootam akshya. But I choose Maithani akshya 3rd time over them due to these people's extremely good attitude.

Attitude issues and won't even agree on what they do... They screwed up my stuff eventhough I gave proper details and when I questioned them, they retorted and said that if I need to change it, I will have to pay again....

Professional behavior of staffs are very helpful for common people. Not too spacious but get well attention to all in couple of time.

THIS CENTER IS POPULAR AMONG PEOPLE, BECAUSE OF ITS FRIENDLY RELATION SHIP AND SPEEDY DELIVERY....... CENTER IS LOCATED IN KARICHARA JN. AT KANIYAPURAM - CHIRAYINKIZH ROAD. 7 MIN RIDE FROM KANIYAPURAM BUS STATION, 20 MIN RIDE FROM CHIRAYINKIZH. FOR AADHAR MISTAKE EDITING, PAN CARD IS IMPORTANT THAN PASSPORT. AFTER VERIFYING WITH PAN CARD AN EYE SCAN, FINGER SCAN AND PHOTO IS TAKEN TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. YOU CAN COLLECT THE NEW AADHAR AFTER TWO TO THREE WEEKS FROM THE CENTER. PVC ID CARD PRINTING (SMART CARD TYPE) OF AADHAR CARD IS ISSUED HERE. BUT POOR QUALITY COMPARED TO KAZHAKUTTAM AKSHAY....
