Staffs behaviour: pathetic (disrespectful/rude to elder/senior citizens) Service: terrible Enquiry:bad(if we ask any doubts we need to wait abt 5mins for their reply) They wont pick the phone. I would never go there again. I wud give 0/5 stars . Only the staffs and their relatives gives 5star reviews. Lol

Very bad experience. Staff are fully attittude. Service charges are very high. Services are very slow.

Good service and staff are good and friendly also

The place is crowded on most days in the mornings especially the Aadhaar card section but the staff are efficient and polite and always answer your questions and doubts regarding applications or anything document related.The service charges are quite less. It is located on the second floor of a building that is near the main road within walking distance from Kottiyam bus stand.
