Very crowded and the busiest staff were good and helpful. Akshay in kannur. All kinds of services are provided here. It's better to come than going to your nearest local akshaya because here the staff are well known about almost all services.

Pathetic place where people doesn't follow covid protocol...very slow on turn around time....there is an specialist for each work hence delay happen... train everyone in each work so that people don't have to wait so long...and follow protocol...it will help people and your employees...

Visited this centre for updating my Aadhaar details. Very neat office. The update process took less than five mins. Keep it up!

Good and prompt service by the concerned staff.

Good service. Staffs are cooperative and informative. Mostly crowded and not that much space available for customers. Otherwise one of the best Akshaya centers in Kannur

Good customers supported and good services.

The staff at the first floor office are nice. The ground floor office is a whole different situation. Token system kept is absolutely useless. Out of the 6 counters,only two of them use the token system. The system moved just three numbers in 1 hour... The office downstairs is small and a good place to catch covid. People just barge in to the counters (without tokens) and the staff don't enforce anything. Social distancing is non-existent. The waiting chairs are inside so you will be safer standing outside. After patiently waiting for 1.25 hours, we are told to check with the last counter where staff with his mask lowered just becomes rude because we took sometime to get the OTP. Overall, the ground floor office was so terrible I just left without completing my work. Strongly advise visiting other e-centers.

They have a token system. Still, the rush are high. Office space is to be improved. Service is very good.
