I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Akshaya Centre, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. The staff members were incredibly arrogant, treating customers with a total lack of respect. Not to mention the excruciatingly long delays in getting any work done. It's like they have no sense of time management whatsoever. The whole atmosphere was just suffocating, with the staff's attitude overshadowing any potential enjoyment. I sincerely urge the authorities to take action and shut down this Akshaya centre, as it's clear they have no intention of providing a decent experience for their customers. It's a waste of time and money.

Very bad experience!!! I went twice ... really disappointed. An arrogant lady sitting up there pretending like a district collector and annoying people giving out false information and misleading... the government should intervene and take action immediately and shut down their service.

Worst experience of life time. Disappointed, very bad customer service. Waiting time minimum 2 hours. They made me wait about 2 hours 15 mins for saying that the site was down. I had told them the my purpose when I entered. After waiting for 2hrs 15mins they told that the site was down from day before and is not working. They don't value others time. if they had informed me at the time when I asked them i could have saved my time. They lady was smirking when she told me that. I was so insulted. Please don't ever think about visiting this place. Other akshayas are way better with good staff.

Not enough number of staffs. 3 ladies and 1 male seems better, all others keep us waiting. The real problem is that the staffs were not able to tell us the cause of any rejection. 2 staffs attended the case, one at ground floor and the other at the first floor. Both told , no remarks are seen for current status and it is rejected!!. We did not get any email notification or we were able to see any comment online. Akshya center told to meet the authority to check status, for the application we registered via Akshya center.

Worst experience of my life time. Never choose this place for your urgent works. Waiting time minimum 2 hours. They are inefficient group staff and arrogant behaviour. They are fooling poor computer illiterate people and making money. The owner lady is the worst amoung the group. I hope this worst place get shutdown soon as possible. Please choose other akshaya centre. Thank you

The service is very slow and they don't have sufficient staff.

Worst experience, charging high, staff having no idea what to do, sending upstairs and downstairs.
