Very bad service ... arrogant behavior .. even small services are overcharged .... This office should be reported..
Very poor customer service. Waiting for hours for small work. Very arrogant and big attitude.
A lady there, probably a staff; is very rude and don't have basic manners. She don't know how to behave . She shows great difficulty in answering any of the concerns. Also the way she deals with the older people who walks in as customers is really harsh. Incompetent staffs like her should should not be allowed to work in a platform like this which requires public interaction.
Service quality is very poor. Internet speed is very low. PCs used to hang up often. Staffs were not customer friendly.
Akshaya centers are generally known for their inefficiency. But I got my request done from here in 5 mins, after visiting another 2 centers.

The management in this centre is excellent..Very helpful staff. Most of the doubts gets clarified in regards to various documentation of passport, voter's ID,Aadhar card, ration card etc.
