Eachur akshaya staffs are not trained to do central government applications. Every time mistakes in Applications and result is rejection of aplication. So first they need to get some training for proper data entry. Even they dont have idea in central government application such as Farmer pension scheme etc. So many complaints for data entry mistakes from my village.

Staff here is having less experience and having lack of knowledge about their job.

Average. Difficult to access by aged people because the centre is in upstairs near Nalanda college.
