Akshaya centre (Common Service Center ) Kanakkari - Aadhaar center in Kanakkary - Kottayam, India

It's about Aadhar office . 1 of the staff Is trying to send out people saying server is slow, come after noon, it's is taking too much time etc for Aadhar. Another incident I had is that once I was in this place at lunch time. They made me to sit 1.5 hours in that office with my 6 months old baby since they are having lunch.. No humanity, no sympathy after seeing baby is crying. Even old people are waiting here for 1.5 hours lunch time.. Hope good management will take appropriate decision to make this Akaya center better...

One stop shop for all e-services. Knowledgeable staff. A bit of waiting is there as they serve a large crowd all the time. Now they have a second office started next to the first office and split the category of services so that they can reduce waiting time. Parking spot available. All state/center govt e-services are available. Easy access to the center at Central junction, Kanakkary.

Went there for Aadhar address updation. The customer service is good, approachable and efficient. They follow the token-wise system (begins at 9.30 am; either in person or through the phone) for their services.

I visited this place few months ago.Very good service.The ladies were working so hard.Keep it up.

It's in the ground floor, muthoot finance building, Kanakkary, very polite and efficient staff. Aadhar service starts from 10 am. Mine done in 15 minutes. Only bad thing is They have two contact numbers printed at the door, i tried both many times but didn't pick up.

Noted corruption - while aadhaar enrollment is completely free, they are charging Rs. 10 per aadhaar application and refusing to provide receipt for the fees. May be this is the tip of iceberg - now every service fee they collect is suspicious. Please share your experience with aadhaar enrollment here.
