Akshaya Center Thiruvankulam - Government office in Thiruvankulam - Ernakulam, India

Extremely bad experience. Apart from the poor facilities,horrible behaviour of the senior lady staff who is never on time and throws all her frustration on the visitors. We had to visit the centre 3 times in last 2 days only for a renewal of adhaar card, everytime they gave several excuses plus rude,mannerless behaviour of this lady staff was highly discouraging.

I reached the Akshaya centre Thiruvankulam for the Aadhar updation of my children on 06 August by 10 am. But we were made to wait for one hour as the concerned person turned up only then. Employees should be directed to report promptly for duty, otherwise great hardship is caused to the Public. But this official who reported late for duty and attended to my children was Polite and courteous .

Centre opens before time.Working staff friendly,very good behavior to the customers. They help the elderly to fill the forms and clearing their doubts. The only problem I find is very poorly ventilated room.Hazardous I this covid time.Many people are found entering the room.This is to be restricted by providing additional staff to regulate and provide sanitizers.

Very good service.. Very crowded but the old people gets more care.. Thats a good thing.. And yes you can update/enroll your aadhar details here.. Just fill the form and hand it over and wait for your turn thats all..

Very co-operative and helpful staffs. Got the aadhar updated very quickly. Though they had many people waiting for the same they adjusted their schedule to include my application for the processing too.

Akshaya Center is Good, If your documents are in their hands that result will be positive but due to the huge crowd lack of area conjunction in center and close to the junction, that makes it uncomfortable.

Akshaya centre is operating in a congusted Non AC room with very limited space. Compared to the services offered and the number of visitors to this centre, there should be a token system introduced as well as proper waiting area with seating arrangement.

Very poor service. No concern about customers unable to take Aadhaar as person not there 4-5 times same story
