Had very gud experinc at this govt initiative. Visited only 2 timez. Customer handling is appreciatable. Special mention to Mr.Abdul Bari.A.K Handling almost all govt services in itz utmost care and professionality. Go ahead with the same spirit. :)

Had to spend just about 10 minutes for Aadhar address updation of me and my wife. Excellent service. The two girls sitting at reception desk were very courteous and very fast in their jobs. Thanks

Akshaya centre is very good. Always very busy. It is very helpful for the common people. The only thing is that some of the staff working there are totally inexperienced. For this reason I had to apply three times for an Aadhar card for my son. The first two applications were rejected. The third time it was sanctioned. So my humble request is to give them proper training before they were inducted.

Helpful staff and courtesy extended . Though it was crowded they asked too be seated and even filled in the forms Anda explained the procedure to get my form attested from a gazetted official

Good service without delay. Spacious room. All facilities like Plastic Card Printer and Laminator are available under one roof here which is not so in other Akshaya Kendras. We have to other shop for lamination. The price is less and affordable when compared to others. Parking place is an added advantage. The Ration E Card is laminated there without making the print out into two parts. The size should be handy. We have to insist for it before lamination.

Customer service skills are good. Quick and prompt in helping people. Could have few chairs for those who are waiting.

Worst experience in my life. The guy giving form for new aadhar card is very rude and arrogant and thinks he is chief minister or something. He talks to everyone very rudely, makes people wait unnecessarily while talking on phone and doing some irrelevant work.

"Customer is not the KING here" For photostat, it's ok. For printout, don't go there. Service is very bad. Just now on 22 June 2019 at 5.30 PM, went to take a print out. One of the male staff asked to send mail to their mail ID. He didn't tell the ID properly. I prepared the mail and checked with him again since he had not told the ID properly earlier. Instead of confirming or correcting, he was talking to his colleague and then talking on his phone. Professional printing centres have either visiting card or address and mail ID printed on a sheet of paper and posted on a wall or notice board. Avoid this place.
