Worst and Very Pathetic experience with the Akshaya staffs. They even don't want to take the their day to day jobs. Very harsh response to customers like us. I am surprise that how they got the license. Customer service means that service provider to clients ta like us. Example: the staff don't know how to convert to pdt to word file. Even whe we gave the word file, they informed that these are lengthy. So means they are lazy. Kindly consider this request from us to cancel the license / authority to run operation or change the old staff.

This place is worse than a typical government office. The lady and the old man at the center are hot heads with lot of arrogance and attitude. Wasted my half an hour there simply to hear their service is down. Afterwards, I went to anothet Akshaya center and got my request done in 5 mins.
