Pathetic people. My parents checked in today, they charged 1000 extra than the booking amount for extra person inspite of the fact that my parents had paid for breakfast that they intended not to take. People please avoid these kind of establishments which are there to fleece money from people who have no options.

It is a value for money hotel. It is located closer to Majestic bus terminus, metro station and city railway station. It is centrally located in the commercial hub. Food is not great. Service is ok. Good place to stay for a business traveller.

Room was small but good.washroom, its roof, floor were dirty with bad smell. when we arrived, first need to ask them to get it cleaned properly.Toilet accessories including towel, bucket,soap etc were not available initially but later received on request. Breakfast was okay.. but same kind of food was repeated daily.Location wise good with proper access to all locations. Didn't get what we expected for money paid.All requesting other reviewers to give a proper feedback in the internet so that people can make a wise selection while booking.

Attended training programme in this hotel, conference hall is very good with all the facilities wonderful ambience. Food was awesome and professional staff, if you are looking for best hotel for stay, food and for conference hall then this is the one. One of the Best Hotel at the centre of the city.

The hotel is located in a central location, close to many of the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

amazing time while I was here. The amenities were excellent, and the staff was helpful and polite. Thanks in particular to Manisha (the receptionist), who is incredibly cordial and organized, the room was spotless and comfy.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 and a half days. The rooms were amazing. The food was tasty and almost home-like. It's location is a big plus as it's near all the usual sightseeing places. Also, chickpet is one of the oldest wholesale markets of Bangalore. Great for a 2 hour walk and see the wheeling and dealing. Overall, the experience was great. Will recommend to anyone who's looking to stay here when visiting Bengaluru

Hotel says 3 star, Rooms are very old and they didnt even change the bed sheets, pillow cover, it stinks with sweat smell (OMG). I booked 2 days, came middle of night and could not sleep with the stinky smell. When I called housekeeping to change it, they say will be there in 30 min but have to call again and wait like couple of hours. Again bath room stinks as well. never cleaned and as soon as i enter bath room it smells urine smell. ( do you guys clean the room and do quality check before assigning to new customer ) ? Hot water was not coming. when I called, couple of rude folks came in and looks like hot water was closed outside they opened it and working. As soon as the repair guy went outside. They turned off electricity for this room for a minute and again they turned off ( Seriously :( ). One good thing about this hotel is breakfast buffet is good. No complaints.
