I joined Akshar yoga last month. It has been a great experience for me. Yoga instructor Kala mam is very experienced and guides us through out the sessions. Highly recommended
I joined Akshar Yoga and it's been a while now and I feel fantastic. Everyone at the centre are very kind, and the atmosphere is very calming. I have noticed improvement in my flexibility and strength after joining the classes. The emphasis is on mindfulness and breath work and not only the physical aspect. Guruji encourages us to be present in the moment and to focus on our breath, which really helped me to quiet my mind and de-stress. Additionally, the centre is very clean and well-maintained, with lots of natural light and soothing decor. Overall, I would highly recommend these yoga classes to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Very good place to start learning Yoga. Good people and good environment make you feel more interested in attending the classes. I would like to thank Akshar yoga team, especially the instructor Kala for understanding the knowledge and experience I have and helped me by providing tips on how to do perfect Asanas and learning the new mudras. After one month of time I feel more flexible in doing the Asanas and mudras which I felt difficult before joining here. Overall good experience in learning and practicing yoga at Akshar power yoga academy.
I am sharing this after completing 3 months of classes. The format of classes is structured in a way that covers hatha , ashtanga,meditation and focus on posture correction. The classes are focused on asanas and over the period of time it will improve muscle flexibility and strength. Regularity and dedication will make this journey more beautiful. I was suffering from back pain . Visited the center on 2nd August 2023 and requested for 1:1 therapy. They said - they will revert after checking on the timings but later I received message stating that - your back pain is Not bad and suggested to join regular classes . After that I tried calling or message but no response from anyone . Very bad response and just a note - why we have to wait for back pain to worsen . Thank you and it's good you are making people learn yoga but also have some humanity & empathy for others. Everything should not be done just for business.God bless .
Akshar yoga whitefield is the one of the best places to learn Yoga. Its focus on the asanas especially to build strength, flexibility and balance. You will always finished the class feeling refreshed. Its a great place for the people at all levels. Our Master Deelu Lama sir is the best teacher extremely helpful and keel pushing you everyday for practise. Definitely would recommend this place over any other.
Hello ! I have been learning and practising yoga in Akshar Yoga Whitefield for more than 14 months. My physical and mental stamina has increased. There is improvement of Stamina. Co curriculum for each day each session is different, this helps to learn different variations of asana, pranayama and meditation. The guidelines on food combinations are shared based on individual bodies prakruthi and doshas, which in turn helps to loose weight or tone body, that helped me to be better version of myself I can see the improvement in my personal life where the stress , I am able to handle in calm. The hygiene is well maintained around and inside the class. I would highly recommend to start yoga journey here.
