Appointments are recommended as they have a very long waiting period and their process takes more than 2 hours so to save yourself some time
One doesn't require 4 2nd openion of another doctor.. All clinical staff are very polite, humble and well experienced as well as approachable. Doctor himself ( Nitin Malkan) is like a Gem, a highly experienced probably of over 25 yrs in the relevant field and very professional to handle for any kind or Eye surgeries / treatments. One should take his word/s granted without any doubt and proceed with his treatment/s as advised,/ proposed. He did recently cataract surgery successfully for my wife; Hansa Mukesh Bhatia and prior to that i did the same in Jan2015.
Very Bad experience. They do not provide sufficient documents for queries received from insurance company for Mediclaim and your claims get partially processed. Staff is very arrogant and rude. They don't support at all. I would suggest please don't go if you are going to claim through Mediclaim.
I generally never write if any bad experience but this time as its for eye, I should so other people get high alert After asking specifically Dr Malkans appointment and waiting in room for him for three hours, ( no value of time) and get treated from other lady doctor, after complaining on same day you get nice revert and then waiting for three months when you are at stage of losing eye... is worst experience ... after appointment when I had raised voice he has convinced me nicely saying that lady doctor is excellent but now realized it's big mistake. Suggested to provide protection glasses to patients after operation - many eye care clinics do provide it - it will make value addition to services provided. Also keep sms system for appointments fixed for patients - it will give them reminder about appointments
