In crisis, getting a good doctor & hospital is a boon. One July afternoon, I took my wife to Aksha Hospital with a very wide and deep bleeding cut on her left instep. The on-duty docs attended to her promptly. They did everything correct -- right from controlling the bleeding, checking if there was a fracture, if tendons were cut etc. up to suturing and bandage. The nursing staff was also comforting her so that her mental stress comes down. Over 3 months later, its now healed. Thank you to Dr Madhusudhan, Dr Gopalakrishna, Dr Shring and the whole Aksha team. Truly appreciate your service.
Completely money minded, unresponsive staff. Only care for money and nothing else. Filthy, unorganised, unprofessional, untidy place. Please avoid as we had a very very bad experience time and again. The Doctors ask us to come back for follow up and they charge full fee for the follow up consultation. Never seen any Hospital or Doctor charging for follow up in my experience. Complained about this to staff about a week back, no call or response from anyone yet. That is how careless and unprofessional they are...
