Low cost textile shop....with lot of selection... With affordable price....It is difficult to Control the crowd in festive seasons.....lot of Staffs to serve the customers....parking facility Is available.....

It's a convenient place to shop for necessary clothing, ready-made etc. Parking facility is available as well as approachable for auto/ public transport etc. Staff is little bit more customer friendly which I don't prefer much.

Gentle dresses in normal price. All types of cloths available like gents, ladies and kids of all age ranges. Collection of all normal brands. One sales person will assist you for your entire purchase in this shop.

I'm very new to this place and I felt like the textile is meant for normal people of Irinjalakuda and they have won in that .. security and staff behaviour is very nice and appreciate that but doubtful about of quality of dressess is my concern...

Mostly low end brands with a pretty big collection. Multiple floors with a lot of sales staff. Sales staff don't seem excited and they seem to be there only for the money. I guess no training is imparted and they are probably looking for the cheapest labour. At one point two of them were bickering over whose code should be used at the cash counter. The main cashier or possibly one of the owners gave me some lame reason as to why they are not accepting tap and pay through debit and credit cards. Shops like these are destined to die a slow death unless they are taken over by a new gen management. Visit this place with low expectations and perhaps you will come back happy. They do have a small parking lot which is a saving grace in this crowded area.

Had a worst experience ever One senior male staff in the saree section had made unnecessary enquiries of my financial capabilities and harassed me infront of others

I will not recommend this store to my friends, family and locals because of such a bad experience from the management side. If anyone is planning to buy clothes from Irinjalakuda, look other shopes

Used to be regular customer here but now the selection has gone low. Customer service is also not good.
