Akka Thangi Park - Park in Tumakuru - Tumakuru, India

The untouched natural place. To relax mind inside the Tumkur city one can visit this place. It's a huge park with lot of trees. We can see peacocks, variety of birds and snakes. Usually the place is less crowded. Timings of this park is 6Am to 9Am and 4Pm to 6Pm. Entry is free.

Tumkur municipality and Tumkur smart city Ltd, need to pay attention for this park, such a huge park with so many good trees, but lack of support from government, this park has not been maintained.

Place is too peaceful with thick cover of trees and too many birds.

Best scenary for all... has nice games for kids , walking path for adults ..nice spot for weekend.

Very good park for morning stroll. You can also see Peacocks early in the mornings

This place was beautiful for walking path. But very congested waking path, rainfall time no rain water flowing the outside of the park and walking path, no toilet facility this is very very necessary in the park area.

The Akka Tangi park place is very large... And trees are more, the space is too big,, surrounding people will come for walk,,, children can enjoy here, but they have to improve more and more like seating arrangement and some more things and lawn...the watchman will be there.....at the evening the park is crowded with people...and there is lake in this park.... overall the place is very good....I personally felt good....

A very good place for morning stroll and good environment. Peacocks are visible early in the morning.
