I decided to take my parents to Singapore without knowing how, when and through whom. All these questions were so confusing and I was waiting for someone who could provide me the right answer. I had only 15 days of vacation that was starting in a week and I hadn't planned anything yetI enquired many travel agents in which few said they can and quoted a high price while few declined saying it wasn't even possible. I came to know about AKIL TRAVELS through my colleague and very good friend Dr. Davis. He asked me to enquire them. "A 5 night and 6 days trip to Singapore in the next 10 days with us without a visa or any procedures started. This is how we approached them". I was much impressed by the way Mr Ashok Sir spoke to me. He was positive about the trip. He gave a clear picture about the visa process and how long its going to take. He never gave us false hopes. He said Mam it will take little more time but we will try our best to make it possible. Then was the budget. I was truly shocked coz Sir framed the whole trip in a minimal budget, the exact way I wanted it to be . Finally as promised Sir made sure the visa was ready. All the time between the visa process I made loads and loads of calls in anxiety to know the progress of the visa, but not once he showed a bad temper in his voice. He was polite and took time to hear me and answered me in the most kind way possible. Then came our trip. We were suppose to travel the next day. The visa came at 11: 00 and I was so skeptical that I called and asked Sir if we can start today. I know he might have been so shocked . But inspite of that, Sir booked tickets that day evening to start from coimbatore to Chennai and there he had sent a person to handover our passports to us and from there we took a flight to Singapore. The arrangements in singapore was so good. The hospitality was good. Hotels were very comfortable. Sir made sure to contact me through what's app and made sure we were comfortable. In case of any emergency be it a RT pcr test for my daughter, he even attended the call at late night and helped me find a hospital. Thank you so much dear Ashok Sir and Kritika Mam. Guys!!! if you really want to plan a trip hassle free and with all the trust please choose AKIL TOURS.
