The staff working in hotel is very helpful, specially Mr. Karthik. The description for the place is completely wrong we booked a deluxe room since it mentioned it has a capacity of 4 people but when we saw the room it could hardly keep 2 people properly. We booked for 3 people and mattress was included but there was no space even to put the mattress. And over that when we requested for other room asked for extra money which in a way we already paid as we booked for 3 people.After so much discussion at night we got an executive room which was very nice.
The stay was really good. and budget-friendly prices. rooms are clean and hygienic. friendly staff good response. mirrors for selfie lovers. Hot water and A/C rooms also.
Not so good not so bad either. The room and bathroom was clean. Running hot water. Pillow covers and sheets were not so clean nor so dirty, they seemed old. Staff was a bit arrogant since I denied room service after seeing 2 cups of tea cost 40 and took a long while to get them. Proximity wise not so good, getting breakfast was not an easy thing for an outsider. Food too the restaurants were small and extremely congested. So so for a day's stay with family.
Located in the prime area of coimbatore. Maintained well. Rooms are not spacious and comfortable. Staff behaviour is good. It is near Our lady of Fatima church.
I would like to give 0 star. Uncultured staff, I came with my 2 year old baby and my mother. The way the staff treated us was horrible. Just because Oyo gave rooms price was in offer. He refused to give us room even though we booked previous day and came from far spending for auto. We waited so long and Oyo also didn't respond to our calls. Worst hotel. Please don't be fooled by booking this hotel. One of the worst experience if you are traveling with elders and children.

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
