We had a wonderful experience. The service by the staff is good. They carried the bags to the room. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also very tasty. They served idli, wada, dosa, boiled eggs, tea/coffee and juices.
Me and my wife stayed there for one day during our recent visit to Swami padmanabham , Trivandrum.
The service is top notch. Rooms were beautiful, neat and clean.
We also ordered our lunch from hotel itself and as a north Indian, I must say the food was also nice.
Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel.

We had a Wonderful experience with our stay at akhil classic, My family enjoyed the trip and stay thoroughly. We were treated with warm hospitality, rooms are neat and clean, service tooo. Choose akhil classic without a second thought Sanjana Gita.
So I went to check in along with my family at this hotel "Akhil classic" but they did not let me check in because the hotel staff wanted to see my OCI card.I produced my australian passport along with Indian immigration arrival stamp and 4 other indian national identification docs of my family members but the receptionist did not let me check in as she was very adamant to see my OCI(indian visa) which I was not carrying with me. I have stayed at 7 diffetent hotels in last 10 days but had no problem but this hotel staff was very rude and gave us all very hard time and made us sit for 1 hour at their reception area with no fan and no aircon. I am very disappointed by the treatment I received by them and had to look for a place to stat for that night. We had very bad experience with this hotel and their inexperienced staff and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The team/receptionist lady is not qualified to handle very small issues and instead of helping, she would make fun of you in their native language with their other staff and give angry looks.
Rooms were neat and clean...very bad and slow service provided by staffs...for check out we have to wait for more than 15 mins after calling the reception..after the second call they have sent one staff for taking our luggages..all room services were very slow...

The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was equipped with AC, table, Chairs and working station. It is 10 min walk to the historic temple and other local attractions.
