AKD FITNESS INSTITUTE is a renowned organization at Ichapore...Physio sir Asish Kumar Das guided me a lot to recover me back into normal life.1 years ago i was suffering from knee injury due to ACL LIGAMENT tear.After acl surgury a lot of complications created in my knee joint,my knee became stiff and many problems.Due to knee stiffness I was unable to bend my knee fully..My knee bended upto 90degonly,which was not enough,that should be upto 150deg...That's why I was unable to sit in floor.I could not use Indian toilet and many more problems.Then I was going to Akd fitness institute..Physio sir guided me carefully..Now I can bend my knee fully..My muscle power now more developed after exercises.Thanks you so much sir....
