Very worst customer service.. everyone needs training, how to talk to people. Very rude behaviour from visa section and ticket booking. People who have self respect must not go there...

Very Very poor service and will never provide proper update on Visa stamping. An employee name Mujeed, he treats customer like his own labour without any respect. Also, he behaves like he himself sponsoring us to get the visa's from other countries to make our life better. He should understand that the salary which he is getting would be paid from the service charge which we owe to Travels.

It is a small office. When I enquired about visa details, the response was, this is ticketing section and go to visa section. That person was talking to someone over mobile. I waited for sometime and came out. You thrive because of customers ONLY
