"My real Experience is my Review " Very poor service and Fraud people, snacth away your money and return back with cheap service, Me along with my parents had a Singapore Malaysia Package on March 19 2017, Singapore package was good. We totally include 3 Adults, and our transportation was Private based, we had 3nights 4 day stay in Malaysia, first day itself they cover the sight seeing and we went to genting Hotel where they booked for just 2 adults only and the room size was too small enough for even 2 pax, I contacted the local office and tried contacting their branch at Malaysia and the people over there said even 4 Adult can accommodate in such a small sized two bed and insulted us, rather we paid the complete amount of 3 pax. My parents are old and need sufficient sleep I made them sleep and I could not sleep the entire day, I ve already told them you can book another room for me, I would pay for it too, they didn't even bother or did not do anything. We didnt even get time to spent on genting first world hotel and driver made us to wait like 3 hours in the parking slot along with our luggage. Next day drop us at Kula lumpur the entire day in hotel, there was no sight seeing nothing, they just screwed us. Next day morning they asked to pay for each tickets to enter we refuse it. I said I'm quiting the trip you should repay me the amount Back as you spoiled the trip. One guy named Jayan Joseph (Regional head) ringed me and told he is garunteed and he would do necessary action to repay and Asked to continue the trip. He said he is the head of Akbar it's a corporate and a person like me can't do anything to them , they are well established firm and no one can do anything . Finally I thought of complaining Malaysian police regarding this matter of cheating. Totally these people spoiled 3 days of us and just one day remaining. I was booked through Akbar Thrissur office. Don't think you will get a positive service back from these people, they are business oriented, don't waste your money to this travels you will be surely cheated and looted. I believe no one should experience a situation which me and my parents Experienced. don't fell into this un ethical people. They would provide the cheapest service ever they can. Think a while before opting Akbar travels. Don't trust them. Trustless Trustless Trustless
