Worst experience of my life. Small and congested Room. Dirty Linen and washroom. Very unhygienic place. Not recommended at all.

Very nice affordable hotel I prefer to stay here with utmost satisfaction. It is near railway and bus station . You can stay here according to your pocket if you want low price rooms also available in 250 rs which is very low in comparison to other hotel. I am fully satisfied and so cool and humble behaviour by manager specially Mr raj kumar pandey so much caring if anyone come here please meet him once and I will suggest all of you to visit atleast one time here. We had stayed in hotel Ratri Nowas on 23 August, 2016, checked in at and around 1 pm and left on the very next day at 3.30 am early morning. Our experience was very dismal contrast to the reviews earlier posted. We were 3 persons and booked 2 rooms. One of the room was in very shabby condition, maintenance was very poor. . There were numerous black holes on the ceiling and dark patches on the wall of the toilet room. Water in bathing tap coming very feebly. A bucket was talking time of half an hour -to completely fill up. One of the light points was not working. The furnishings in rooms were poor. Not even a chair was provided. Some plastic pipes in bath room found let loose and unconnected to the water points. Water supply abruptly stopped at 3am in one of the two rooms hired, inconveniencing us to get restricted to the bathroom of other allotted room. The staff were insensitive to the needs. On our initial visit two rooms were booked for which total amount of Rs 1250 was insisted as advance. No receipt was provided for the cash payment stating that Billing would be done at the time of check out. The same was not followed. The big worry is that the rooms and the toilet were appearing to be under surveillance. If true it is alarming. The rating in our views is zero.

Basic water also not give this hotel, Manager are not friendly.kitchen also not there this hotel. food come to outside. Room and Washroom also Dirty , very bad Hotal.
