I rate Akash hospital as worthy of five stars based on the service, friendliness of doctors, nurses, student trainees, accounts department and the support staff. I'm leaving the hospital with a sense of gratitude. I also received excellent physiotherapy from Arya and her student assistant.
I'm still at the hospital and the way I got treated was really bad. I met an orthopedic doctor Dr hadi was judgemental because of my job is cabin crew when I was in pain. He was asking me what treatment I need. The reception outside the orthopedic department asked me to get the injection from the pharmacy and go back to her which is a long walk . I was in bad pain and she told I had to get back to her for the injection to be done. In the pharmacy they informed me that I can get the injection done in casualty. I expected a better way of service and treatment as it is a medical college and senior doctors. For sure this is not the way to treat a patient when in pain
Very good hospital with great hospitality. Having a very experienced doctors and nursing staff. The charges are very affordable. Food is very hygienic and healthy. Overall great hospital
