absolutely no management but still railways keep adding more and more trains on this station. escalators and lifts never work, very limited parking space, auto drivers block most of the entrance making it hard to enter the already small entrance of the platform, access through only one gate. it becomes absolute bottleneck during peak hours of trains specially when trains going to mumbai and pune are scheduled. CR should upgrade the infrastructure and then add the trains here. if your train has a stop at the main nagpur station then it's better to use that instead.

Nice clean and small station. Mostly used as satellite station to bigger Nagpur(NGP) station a couple kms away. Trains halt for very short time so be quick to alight and getting down. Autos quote exorbitant (always double) rates here so better to take Metro just in front of the station OR hire an online cab/auto.

Central railway hub. Big railway station and many passenger travel daily from this station. Station is neat and clean. And all things is available food and other atoms at station and platform for cheap rates

nice and clean platforms and waiting area.. sufficient parking for 200+ vehicles 2 wheeler also sufficient space for four wheelers too... trains staring from this station are very less.. nagpur railway authority should add or divert train to this station to decrease the load on main station...people here are very supportive ... no referenment counters also no toilet facility on platform 2 and 3... easy and accessible station from the main road... lot of commutation options available at the station...nearby new metro station is also starting very soon...
