I bought an air conditioner two days before with ready cash.. not delivered yet.I tried to contact by calling every phone number in the bill. No one attending the call. Now i have to travel back to shop to know what went wrong

Good Supermarket. Veggies, Households, Bakery items, dry fruits, grocery and Electronics also available in the 1st floor. Parking is available in the basement. Everything is easy to find. 3-4 billing counters are there. Frozen foods and milk products also available. Pricing of electronics also reasonable.

I recently visited Bisimi's Thrissur Aswani junction hypermarket and had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. They advertised a coupon deal to attract customers, where upon spending Rs. 500, you could purchase four specific items (Elanad Idly batter, Elite instant Chapati, Milma 500ml milk, and Apple Bread) at the rate of Rs. 15 each (totaling Rs. 75). After making a purchase of Rs. 500, they issued a coupon and told me to return the next day as they didn't have the items in stock. They assured me that I could collect all four items the following day. Trusting their word, I returned the next day only to find that, during the billing process, they denied me the offer. Instead, they insisted I make another purchase of Rs. 500 to avail the deal. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. The hypermarket's customer service was not only false in their promises but also attempted to deceive customers with their misleading coupon offer. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with such deceptive billing staff and customer service managers.

The staff is really unhelpful and doesn't even know where each item is in the supermarket. What a poor and haughty attitude the staff had. extremely unprofessional

Poor service. Price is slightly high on some items compared to other supermarkets. Limitted brands and no alternative choices. Some items are out of stock. They are announcing big offers and take high prices for other items.

Quality of product is poor, customer service is not up to the mark, I have faced an issue regarding billing, they put extra amount for offer products even I don't want that product they forcely added on my cart and pay the full amount for that product... After all they are not providing convenient parking slot the security attitude towards customer was not acceptable (even not in rush hours) I m not suggest this place to anyone, it was such a bad experience, even better hypermarkets are available near to this place(Kalyan hypermarket)

Stock is less i felt. Staff is very helpful.

good service.affordable price. wide variety of products are available at better price.provide seasonal offers.has good car parking facility. located at perinthalmanna.main hypermarket in perinthalmanna locality. on weekends it feel heavy rush........ anyway good shopping experience. liked it.
