It is more into business than treating patients. They charge huge bills even everyday to the tune of 15000 per day on average. If you ask for clarifications and request for any relief they will increase it more to make you suffer and you can't do anything as your patient is admitted. They will keep patients in ICU no matter what. They will falsely give antibiotics and other tests which are NOT needed. They extort money on three fronts : medicine, pathology tests and oxygen usage. RMO charge is taken uselessly and you can't get hold of RMO even after multiple requests. Doctors are also in this and they will falsely tell to keep the patients for more days. They do treat the patients but will tell a story of antibiotics which is common for all patients. Antibiotics costs whopping 1400 and they will tell 5 to 6 are required daily for your patients. The director/managing person ( tall guy ) has the most inhuman behaviour and knows nothing but money only. Only good thing is cleanliness, good behaviour of staff, security etc. May God pass judgement on them for doing business in terms of treatment. It is a trap and none should go there unless you want to waste your hard earned money. There is also a story of Demo bill which is actually nonsense as it is the actual bill and it can only increase and never decrease. If you tell something even politely he will threaten you to go to consumer forum and you can't do anything. Best is to not go there. Highly NOT recommended.

I have good experience with the medical facilities and quality of treatment but the behavior of staff and care for the patients were beyond expectations. Wherever we made any request we received prompt response and immediate action from the hospital body. Further the discharge process was smooth and we received itemized bill from the financial consultant. One of the best hospital in Chinsurah very clean and hygienic place, Staff behaviour is also very nice doctor and nurses are very helpful keeping their patients with lots of care.

Ajanta Seba Sadan Hospital at Chinsurah Mallick Kasim Hat Area, is one of the nearest and finest,clean Nursing home with Iccu and Hdu Bed Facilities with necessary Facilities,OPD,Dailysis Ward.The Staffs and Doc are cooperative, Pricing is reasonable, allows gov schemes. Specially The Director is always there to take care of the Hospital with Himself.

Very good service.. The doctor's and the staff are very polite. The owner himself is always there if you need him.. And mostly it is very very clean.. They try to do there best.. This is the 3rd time in here and they never disappoint.

The behaviour of staff in this hospital is very good, they really kind of very helpful and cooperative to patient and also patient's family members.The environment of the hospital is quite good and quite maintained hygiene also . I'm satisfied with service.

A below-average nursing home when it comes to treatment. The best part of the Nursing Home is the staff at the Reception who are very courteous and helpful. Mr Shouvik and the lady who manages the cash are very kind and courteous. Cleanliness is maintained. The treatment is shabby. The RM and the doctor provides different summary on the patient condition. In our case, the RM said one thing while the doctor said another. The doctors and management do everything to keep the patient in ICU. In the ICU, the doctors and nurses do not wear masks and when asked give unacceptable reasons. Patient records like daily measurements of BP, Oxygen, etc are not shared on flimsy reasons like these can't be shared as per law. The Nursing Home goes against the Charter for Patients for all reasons. Their billing system is of course very detailed and a lot of tests and medicines are prescribed for no reasons.

A nursing home engaged in total business and the management is reluctant to take patients on Sastha Sathi card. The main man gave many excuses about Sastha Sathi card in my father's case and did not admit saying the patient would be given Ganga water, instead of real treatment, and in a moment finding no other options, other than the ICU , though it was not a case for icu admission..

My relative was admitted due to covid crisis Pros- neat and clean hospital well maintained. Quick service for checkups. Some people like watchman and nurse are good in behavior. Cons- No coordination between doctor and hospital attendants Or other people in charge. Highly expensive, take more money than actually required. Prescribe medicine which are not useful and boost their finance. Extremely disappointed because of how much money they take and what facility actually is provided Doctor feels annoyed if we ask anything over phone same goes with receptionist who is in charge of emergency number. No help given to the family
