I have rated this Hotel as Five Star just because I Like the garden Area and one thing I would like to indicate as Civil Engineer, its Super structure Design is good enough not too heighty as According to the Earthquake also .
This hotel is the very near to the Raxaul Bazar and railway station and even Indo nepal boarder. You can stay here in a emergency case. And they provide rooms and I want to add that this is not the best one in our city. It has old building and room, they have roof , you can see out side. And the good thing is that they have vehicles parking place . And this is cheap price hotel. And I can say that it is safe and secure. You have to care your things and when you go out , you should proper lock your room.
For emergency if you reached late you can stay here at Raxaul. No resturant, just ok for a short stay. Price wise it's also cheap. Location wise is also very well connected.
Good hotel for living some days. But there is not good facilities for people coming from far places.
No doubt it is a good place to stay there... But its best not better.. Thnx ajanta hotel to give a permission to stay there...

The rooms are really good with the thickest mattress I have ever seen in hotels the rooms are clean and the toilets r tiled and clean the staff is very helpful should really try this hotel once you reach Raxaul
Good hotel for staying a few days for foreigner. This is my second time to visit. The Room is almost clean but there are mosquitoes. staff are helpful and friendly. I walked for 20min from India Migration Office to hotel. and can walk to bus station

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The rate was relatively cheaper. There were Ac as well as non AC rooms. I visited with my family and even my kids were satisfied. By far better than the the rest of the hotels. It was overall a good stay
