It was the tourist capital district of Maharashtra and holds the pride of having the world famous Ajanta paintings. Also the magnificent Kailash temple at Ellora is ancient marvel. The place is also known for 12th Jyotirlinga Grishneshwar. And the invincible Daulatabad fort of Devgiri of Yadavas.

One of the best place I ever visited (depends on taste) I love these kind of places that's why I am giving 5*. Ajanta is a bit far away (80kms) from Ellora. If you are students or boys group hire van or taxi it's will cost you 250Rs/head to visit mini tajmahal, ellora, jyotiling etc

Good place for historical lovers.... Some of the caves sculptors are almost destroyed. But very informative things could be known

Ajanta and elora are constructed during yadava dynasty, it has beautiful Hindu and Buddhist caves. Should visit once in lifetime to experience the Hindu culture

It's overwhelming and best place to visit. Tour Guides are soo much fun. I had a jolly good old-aged man Mr. Ashok Pujari as my guide. He is the best person you'll ever meet there!
