AJ Palace - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I wasted Rs3000 for this Hotel. Pros: 1. Near to church and palace Cons: 1. Rooms are too much congested and no good ventilation 2. Customer service is not good 2. No fan but after I asked they gave table fan. Table Fan is running too slow and it has stopped after one hour and I restarted every one hour so whole night I became Table fan operator. 3. Food is not good. Two curd rice charged 180 rupees. I don't know which brand of curd used to prepare this curd rice to change of 180 4. Phone is not working so everytime we need to go ground floor and ask the help

Rooms are not good. And service is also bad. Hotel staff is harsh and not supportive. Quality of plates, pillo covers is bad. Attached photos for the same. We took 2rooms. In 1room AC not working. So, we changed the room. I personally wont prefer these type of activities as a tourist. To be on point, please avoid for stay here.

The rooms are good and budget friendly.. Their service was good.

I wish there were negative points! It is the WORST EVER PLACE with the helpers there as clearly rude. The power went off and when my folks went and asked them to switch on the back-up, they used the worst language and told them that for the amount we were paying, they WOULD NOT turn on the back-up. Also the place is a glass furnace with no beverage provision. The images r very incorrect because there r no such rooms. OYO had confirmed a double bed and single bed room but when we got there, we kept speaking for an hour and no use. Also, initially I think I spoke to the owner, who seemed nice. The manager of the place was downright rude!!!

Price ranging from Rs.2500/- to Rs.4000/- for 2 to 3 members family, per day. Service like water, bathroom, ventilation, boy , reception boy - is very bad. I wasted my money by booking this hotel. Not recommended at all very worst rude and proudish behaviour is observed. Especially from the manager very rude .bad experience

Worst property I was with my family I have never seen these kind of people and their worst property ..The people in that place are very rude they will charge higher price compared to online or any other stay places very poor maintenance and worst experience no cleaning no hygiene
