Unpleasant Experience with Appointment Booking at AJ Hospital Kazhakkoottam I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had while trying to schedule an appointment at AJ Hospital Kazhakkoottam.On 13-10-2023 at 7:15 am, I called the hospital's landline to request an appointment with Dr Harees, They told me online booking is only available until 6:00 am, and after that, appointments can be made at the counter. Despite my request for a token and willingness to make an online payment or use GPay, the staff member handling my call denied my request without displaying professional sympathy. I believe in providing constructive feedback to help improve services. In this instance, I felt the lack of flexibility in appointment scheduling and the staff's unwillingness to accommodate my request were discouraging. As a patient, I value a professional and empathetic approach, especially during such interactions. I trust that AJ Hospital strives to provide excellent healthcare services, and I hope this feedback can contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to any improvements that may result from it

Visited physician (AJ hospital chenkottukonam )afternoon for simple fever and cough First day examined and doubted for TB then full check up and x ray After that two days all reports are okk then ask for swab neck, ct scan and so on Then totally feared and went for multispeciality hospital and they simply say gargling with saltwater and nothing to be fear as per report. So this is totally misusing patients for making big fear I never go there totally disappointed

"I recently visited your hospital with my child, and I was disappointed to find that the pediatric section didn't have a play area. As a parent, I understand how important it is for children to have a comfortable and welcoming environment when they are receiving medical care, and having a play area can go a long way in reducing their anxiety and fear. (I think, before it was there but now its converted as consultation Room) I would strongly encourage you to consider adding a play area in the pediatric section of your hospital. Not only would it make the experience more pleasant for children, but it could also help to distract them during procedures and make their stay more enjoyable overall. The worst hospital that i have ever seen . No cleanliness, No care , No professional behaviour by staff , No co ordination among the staff.. but only thing i see is the inflated rate in each and every thing.. Never seen any hospital charging for a bedsheet for Rs 100, observation charge of Rs 350 for 45 min IV lying down in century old coat lighted with 8 W LED and without even a curtain. There was a fan which was not even working and hence we moved to different bedspace. Doctor prescribed only for IV but received many bills one after the other. Never recommend anyone to this hospital...

The worst hospital I have ever seen. Bad Management Bad behaviour from duty doctors But very good bill.... Really bad experience... Don't go there even if you are going to die.

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen. Less facility and huge payment. Visited the hospital within 12 hours and they asked to give the consultation fee again. Will recommend my friends for not visiting the hospital

If you have second choice then please avoid consulting here. Today I went for nebulizing my child and the staff behaviour was not friendly. They left half of the nebulizing medicine in the mask chamber. The oxygen was not flowing adequate and stopped many times in between.Sorry to say it's Untidy, unprofessional premises. It's located in a centre location in Kazhakuttam and has some exciting growth potential.

Please don't opt this hospital as no cleanliness and support behavioir.. Last time when i went I could see some dogs and other small creatures freely roaming around in wards.
