AJ Gable Clouds - Resort hotel in Porthyada - The Nilgiris, India

Great and comfortable individual villas with a beautiful view of the Emerald lake. Good for family and kids since there is a big lawn in front where we can play games and have campfire. Since we went on a rainy day we weren't able to enjoy much. The manager named Mohamed Siddique is friendly and arranged a Barbeque for us to cook even in that rainy weather. The only issue is that the room heater they provided was for extra cost since at that climate a room heater is a necessary thing to be provided for all the rooms. Overall it was a good experience. Anyone who wants to have a peaceful staycation with Friends and Family can choose this resort without a second thought.

Pros: Lovely property, Good view from the rooms. As it is Villas, good for larger groups. There is space for camp fire, games etc. Cons: They are just starting - yet to have an SOP in place, especially for Kitchen / Cafeteria / room service. Would have given a 2 Star, had they not been in their nascent stage. Also, the food was just above average. Not commenting on value for money aspect as it was the flower show time and peakest weekend.

Gabel clouds is the best ever resort i have ever visited with friends. The staffs are good they took care of us very well, very friendly, can enjoy limitless without disturbing neighbours. Mohamed Siddique, is one of the head manager who were consistently worked to deliver food and beverages we asked at any time. And the food rate is normal and homely taste of food you will get there. If you don't want to visit any of the tourist places, just to enjoy the calm pleasant view of mountains, this is the best place to visit.

It was a beautiful experience in Gablecloud. We booked a villa and enjoyed the scenery through out our stay. Well organised resort, safe and secured. Manager Mr Siddiqe was very help full for us. His response was spontaneous we never waited for anything. food was good..

Rooms are very good and there is a beautiful view of the Emerald Lake however it is horribly expensive. The service is also very slow and most facilities are lacking. Food is decent and reasonably priced but you won't find any other eatery nearby.

Wonderful location we can enjoy our vacation i have stayed many resorts but this resort giving wonderful experience and maintenance also very good food really good healthy food thanks my dear friends owis you efforts never fails keep growing god blesses you thanks once again

Nice place for family and kids, gated villas, Bon fire and badminton available. We can enjoy scenic view from dawn till dusk. Food is pathetic and uncooked because of the current contractor and no hotels in vicinity. Need to drive atleast 5 to 7 kms for nearby hotels. Hot water in bathroom is available only from 6 to 10 in morning and evening.

Completely wonderful experience being hereespecially a guy named Pandian is wholeheartedly ready to help and service 24/7. Must visit place and July is best time for that
