Okay type hospital for emergency need. 24 hour hospital very helpful in case of emergencies. Duty doctor treatment is good we can't say excellent. They consult seniors thru phone. Cleanliness needs improvement.Pharmacy also needs improvement may times important medicines are not available. In July 2021 hospital name changed as Madhi Med hospital
Hi Doctors are very good.. But other services are worst... The prescribed Medicine is not available in the medical... Even if we asked for 3-4 days, they didn't respond. Doctor advised to get it from outside. Receptionist are worst. Atlest 2 hrs to take responds... Staff nurses are quite not enough... Even doctor are also wait for the staff nurse....
The doctors are good particularly Dr.MD.Rajan, Dr.Gnanavel and Dr.Anu are all very good in taking care of all patients. But we felt the receptionists are uneducated and we'll behaved... As rightly said thatched some of the medicines are not available in the pharmacy..
Good hospital and doctors are very kind. But their pharmacy seem to be worst. As their doctor prescribed medicines itself not available at times and they ask to come someother time . Pharmacists are very careless with their responses. Need to improve.
Its worst hospital. They have asked money for medical certificate, even after treatment taken from the same hospital. Receptionist, even she is ready to give invoice for medical certificate. After a lot of argument, they have given med certificate. Cleanliness is too worst including Pharmacy.
Please never go this hospital. They are keen in collecting the fees but no proper service. They are not diagnosing correctly. Ever never go to this hospital. My husband had acidity issue but they gave medicines for sprain and pain killer.... Worst service. I doubt if this is a certified hospital....
i went to check my friend for gastric problem, but the tablet they gave was for depression. Due to that, he faced side effects such as nausea, stomach problem and headache. He used it once and got all the side effects. How horrible, we are not sure about the doctors working there are real. Doesn't seem like a pro.
Not worth even for single star..duty doctor telling to put test around 15,000 before chief doctor arrives..waste,waste,waste,simply making all of us to sit for more than 3hours..dont believe them fully when there is overcrowd it is a good hospital nu BECAREFUL
