Wonderful property. Invest once and get connected for life. Green surroundings, organic dairy and poultry , fresh air and simple living.

Clean and green. The layout has hardly any houses and the club house needs maintenance.

Aishwarya County is a gated private residential layout with about 600 residential plots varying from 1500 to 5000 square feet. This place is about 7-8 KM from Neelamangala town and about 40 KM from Bangalore City Centre and about 25 KM from Bangalore International Airport. Some houses have already been built and a few families are staying there. There is a fully functional club house which is run by a professional agency. This agency is also doing good marketing for organising some Corporate events and day outings for school kids. Some plot owners are planning to construct small houses/tent houses for weekend visits. It is not likely to develop into a full fledged residential place in the near future but will continue to be a weekend getaway.

Well planned and designed layout with lot of greenery in the layout. Association vision, unity and integrity are a big plus for this layout.
