Best staff on earth who completely support their own ego and treat customers with attitude like a Queen. They are doing their best to drag the company name to soil. Who ever is bribing them to do this is a genius. How else would these people who have no basic humanity be hired or still employed despite dozens of similar reviews here already.
The security is good and welcoming for customers. Expect waiting time of average 30 mins. Yes as others stated the representatives are arrogant or not serving kind nature towards customers, they seem to treat customers as if it's their own father's company. The store owner needs to look at this , else the store will be closed soon because of such representatives. Suggestions avoid queue for senior citizens, i saw many old age people waiting for a long time.
The staff is completely unprofessional, uncooperative and is inattentive at best. The store manager has a very condescending tone and is completely ignorant and disrespectful to anyone of any age. Absolute has no patience and is at her worst behaviour all the time. Misplacement of documents submitted, unable to give proper information, with no reason or understanding of the process and lack of communication is what is displayed here as the customer service. Strict piece of advice is to refrain from going here and find alternate Airtel stores to work with! NEVER VISIT THIS STORE
