It was a bad experience with employee firstly I called service centre the number given in Google to know about my sim card they told me to visit their office but they have to give proper information about the procedure in the call so that we will come with the proper document they need .... And the point is if someone is not using alternate mobile number or he/she is new to the place how they find the alternate number.. i only use a single number I told him pls use my mother's number's and help me to call her to know the OTP but the employee disrespectfully return my adhar card and said I can't do ur work u don't have alternate number... After argument finally he takes my mother's name and he replaced my sim card to the new one....
