Airtel is the Worst network ever Forcing me to buy airtel DTH Daily 10 calls forcing to buy DTH First i said them politely i dont need even they calls repeatedly keep torturing me When i complained on 198 or 121 they even dont care calling me repeatedly to my number At one point customer care dont pick my calls they cut the option to contact customer care talk Now when i started call customer from other airtel numbers they are cornoring by asking sim is in which name I'll tell my name they are saying thats not the name and cut the calls But sim is in my name i know well Airtel is the worst network ever They are on big headweights Dont buy airtel dont go for airtel products

Had very bad experience with this store . As advised by Airtel they suppose to replace a 4G sim free of cost . When I visited they issued the SIM, sent a request for sim change. once all done they were asking INR 200 as charge . I refused to give and told to cancel the request and take back the SIM .They did not ... Finally i ended up paying INR 100 where the nominal cost of SIM is only INR 25 TO 30. No use of talking to customer care as they say you went a different store and you manage with the store . They also refuse to give a receipt for whatever money collected . Please customers be careful before availing any service from these kind of stores . They claim themselves as airtel store but actually they are not ...

Office is good. More trained resource on all requests would help please customer.
