Not satisfied, they are not supported to customer. I called many times yo service, but still they are not rectify my issue. Airtel digital tv is not supported to this area.

Charges are high. Just to change 3g to 5g sim asking 150/- then in another airtel store only 50/- charged.

Worst service, waste store, spoiling @Airtel brand name. Is this your standards @Airtel?

I went to 3 times for change my sim post to prepaid, everytime they told come after some time we are busy with other billing after waiting 15 to 20 min. Very worst response. Pls avoid this show room.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS ! Went several times for a range of issues, starting from data recharging to problems in service. Not once was an issue resolved. The WORST Airtel centre ever in Chennai
