Hotel is excellent. But to get there from airport was an expedition and adventure in itself. Perhaps this is because of road works and closures. Thankfully my driver was patient and brought me here safe. Limited room service choice. Internet speed is good enough. Staff is welcoming.
Very nice place, very reasonable prices , provides all the essentials , room service , towels , toothbrush , soap, lotion, food is very good, breakfast in the morning is delicious and filling, and TEA IS ON POINT. Staff is amazing, will go out if there way to make sure you have a wonderful stay and will try there best to accommodate all your requests. Will definetly be staying here in the future.
Pros: 1) Location is good. 2) Complementary WiFi 3) Staff is courteous and ready to help (but slow to respond). 4) Calm and quiet hotel. Cons: 1. Food needs significant improvement - very few dishes are available. During my visit, noodles, curd, and several other items listed on menu were "not in stock". Thankfully, they allow guests to order in through apps like Swiggy/ Zomato. 2. Dishes provided were not tasty, despite hefty price tag. Chef struggled to do a good job with chicken sandwich that costs INR 350 per plate. 3. Breakfast buffet needs HUGE improvement, especially since they charge for it separately. Typically it has boiled eggs, toast, poha, potato with gravy, and poori/ parantha. 4. Hotel infrastructure needs more care, maintenance. Floors coming apart in dining area, upholstery fading, and bathroom fittings in need of upgrades are indicators of neglect. 5. No gym or swimming pool.
1st this hotel isn't 'near' to the airport. It's about 13k away, not as the crow flies, but as the Delhi driver drives. 2nd there isn't anything near it other than other obscure 3star hotels. No shops, food vendors, TAXIs or UBERs. So if you like waiting forever to leave the price might not be worth it. Other than those very important facts. Good place to sleep if you don't mind spending 2+ hours trying to leave.
I got clean and hygienic room at affordable price. Receptionist was humble and kind. You must check out for this hotel.
