The photos on booking and google are fake. Its a 1k rupie hotel, and dont expect more.. so bad. Loudly, dirty! Never ever

I've never seen a place so disgusting, i found it hilarious but also very sad. The bed was disgusting, stained pillows, marks on the walls, looks like a prison cell. The toilet was just leaking water the whole time, which made me laugh. How can you rent a room out in that condition? so funny like something you'd see in a movie when they wanted to show the worst hotel in history. I'm not afraid of a challenge so i decided to stay there, well it was 1am so i had little choice. But in all honesty, this place should be bulldozed to the ground. Don't waste your 916 rupees.

So, photos online were nothing like room received, and calling it luxury was a joke. I was not expecting Hilton, but still, furniture was old and needed replacing, air con didn't work and after they fixed it only worked at 16c, bedsheets had stains and holes, bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, taps didn't work at points, there was no toiletries/towels provided. Only positive was it was at least generally clean, albeit room smelled dank and musty Wifi was intermittent at best. Reception weren't particularly friendly or helpful. I've attached the reality pictures and the picture from booking. Com. Spot the difference

I'm glad I stayed only one night in this hotel The room was dirty. Nothing was working properly (leaking toilet, leaking sink, no hot water, no AC in the room) Even the staff couldn't give me the proper WiFi password... I've got itchy all night with the dirty bed sheets Do not stay in this place !!

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Rooms are totally different from the photo. You will find it smelly, not cleaned well, broken furniture. And the service was too bad. I didn't even get a water bottle. I was ready to pay extra for that but they told me that they will give one and atlast no one arrived to give me water. They didn't even provide you keys for their rooms. You have to ask a lot to get one. I will not recommend this property to stay ever.

Waste and not worthy for money. Staff were very bad. They gave very bad experience when I arrived at this place. They said my online booking was canceled but we didn't cancel anything. They had no patience to check our details. Very worst welcoming and shocking as I am new to Delhi. I told them to check properly and finally I got confirmation for my room. Very worst service and room. The only good thing they booked taxi on time to leave. Horrible bathroom, bad smelling old towels, dirty and scary place, definitely not for solo females. I don't recommend this to anyone.

We were waiting at the airport for the shuttle. Never arrived. Staff was a little bit rude, while talking on the phone in the morning they didn't understand and they just hung up the phone. The breakfast took more than 45 minutes. Just a toast with eggs and a old plastic cup of coffee. We didn't have water in the morning. (No reason why. We had to call to get it back) Internet comes and goes. The light from outside was f$&@ bright so we couldn't sleep properly. It didn't look clean. I guess it was though

Nice room, excellent location, fast WiFi, good breakfast, and great staff. My train did not arrive until 4am and the staff was awake and available to help get me checked in upon my arrival. Very thankful! Would recommend.
