Airport Centre Point - Hotel in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

TERRIBLE stay!!! The location of this hotel is right on the main road next to the long viaduct and metro - there is continuous NOISE and honking of cars and trucks throughout the day and night. NO sleep possible, windows are NOT sound proof. Absolutely horrible Parking situation is a mess. Front desk no smile, no greetings on check in. The gate security was in fact the friendliest! No pool, No gym TV channels - only free to air. Nothing else. No English news etc. We checked out early before breakfast service (starts late at 7.30 for an "airport" hotel) and they promised to give us packed breakfast of omelette sandwich. This was even confirmed by us over phone with Room service no.600. When we opened the packet, there was only omelette, no bread or sandwich. Cannot recommend this Hotel on any front. One of the Worst Hotel stays ever! It's actually 0 stars - I don't know why Google does not have option of 0 stars.

Location and Place of the Hotel is good, but they don't have enough Parking space. You will end up park your vehicle at roads only. Their services are very good, 5/5 for that.

Hotel near airport which is a good thing but not maintained properly. According to price, rooms and bathroom were not that good, was expecting much better rooms. Also charged extra 1000rs for early check in. Only the service was fast other that it costed us very expensive considering the rooms.

Great place to stay.. the room service is good. The airport drop-off is also the best of services for from them

Famous Place... Good Food.. but loosing charm... Up for renovation.! The place is great value for money,.. Good food, though slightly on expensive side.. Good room sizes.. courteous service.. urgently needs major renovation..

The parking inside the hotel is a hit or a miss as they have only 3 parking inside and rest are outside on the road. While the security folks did keep our request to keep the car inside and traded someone else's outside but not guaranteed it will work every time. Room service was good. Chicken saoji tasted weird but rice and dal were good and so was the tea. Stayed for the night only.

Checked in at 11.30 pm and the process was smooth. The hotel offers staying options in Deluxe rooms . The per night cost per person with Breakfast was Ra. 3300 with tax. Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5 , 5 being highest):- A. Location : Very conveniently located close to the airport and railway sration at Road. Hotel arranged free airport pick up . Transfer was smooth. (Rating 4.5). B. Room : Room was of standard size , about 280 square feet , moderately furnished, with a queen sized bed, a wardrobe, Flat screen TV , small sitting couch and a writing desk . Bed was rightly soft, comfy with linens . The room had tile flooring and clean and have amenities like tea making facility, refrigerator. Adequate bottles of water are provided and tea pouches replaced every day. Toilet was moderate in size and with a seperate shower enclosure . Toilet is fitted with sanitary fitings of acceptable quality with hot and cold water. Toileteries like shampoo, body wash and body lotion were provided. Quality of toileteries are standard . The small wash basin with the large tap was slightly problematic for washing face. Room had good air conditioning. (Rating 4) C. Facilities : The hotel has all facilities that you exoect in an overnighter business hotel. The lobby area is spacious with reception and bell desk area well marked. Room service is available. (Rating 4) D. Dining options: The hotel has a multi cuisine restaurant where all meals are served. Food quality is very good but slightly pricey (Rating 3.5). E. Overall service : The hotel has very well behaved team of staff at the reception and also at its housekeeping. All requests are met immediately with a smile.(Rating 4) Location and free airport pickup are two plus points. Good option for business travellers. (OVERALL RATING 4)
