Classic A/c rooms nearest from the Kolkata Airport. Well trained staffs. Very co operative. Budget friendly.
I booked this location through Brevistay. Now my experience is solely my experience, not influenced by anything. Atleast from my experience from Brevistay, it was a hassle free experience for me. Me and my girlfriend booked the location to stay on hourly basis on this hotel, and although we arrived in the location a bit late of our check in time, and in spite we selected pay at hotel option in cash, we did not have any problem checking in. I was also getting kind of repulsed by the negative reviews from reviewers who booked through Oyo, but still decided to give it a try. But was not disappointed. They accepted phonepe UPI payment inspite cash payment selected. Now coming to the room, the room was fine, the bedsheets were clean. Although it could have been better still it was clean. The best part happened after our checkout. I had forgot and left a gift packet inside the room of hotel, which I completely forgot where I left. But they called me, and told me I can collect it. I was surprised by their honesty, for this they deserve the thumbs up.
Although for room I could have given 4 stars, but for their honesty I gave them 5 stars. Atleast through Brevistay and my personal experience it is couple friendly.
Very Good location. Walkable distance from Kolkata Airport. Good Cleanliness. They are offering only Budget friendly Classic A/c rooms. Staff behaviour nice. Hygienic food.
