had a good time staying at this hotel. Has a swimming pool by the back waters offering nice view. One down side is that the hotel is located quite far away from the airport and city center makes it difficult for some people.

Sorry to say that I felt cheated even after complaining the owners did not call me back. I have never imagined that @crownplaza and @IGH would have them in their hotel

Amazing service and great spa ! I visited this place with my mom. The staff is very nice and warm! My mom loved her signature massage and I loved my intuitive massage ( Prem was great! She knew exactly what I needed and she was very easy to talk to and very sweet).
A complete authentic Ayurveda spa. I had two hands ayurveda massage and herbal pouch therapy from there . It was really good. The staffs are also very polite and there hospitality is excellent. I loved it and am recommending this spa for the people who is looking first class Ayurveda treatment. I'll definitely visit there again.
