This is a good hotel accordingly price. Those who are looking for budget and cheap accommodation it could be a great place for them. Besides that, the location is a very good place in the middle of the heart point. By 10/15 minutes walking distance, you can find shopping mall, bus station for darjeeling, Nepal border as well as Chanrabandha port.

This hotel is located in a very good location.the surroundings were busy and almost all necessary things were available.there was an affordable hotel as well as a restaurant and bar .This hotel itself has restaurant cum bar , medicine shop .also room service is available.Rooms attached with bathroom. hotel people are helpful .if you came for any kind of work purpose this hotel is a very good option.
Non ac Rooms are little small in size, beds are only "Double". Check bed quality, bathroom shower. The lift service is 24x7.
If you need a bed sheet or any other service, you must inform the counter within 9:30pm sharp.
Food quality is very good. If you order room service of your food order, they would wrap all dishes before serving with selofan paper which is very impressive.
I don't like rooms... The location is good but there are no windows in my room, bad cover and all very old.
Centrally placed. But rooms are a bit cramped. And so was the lobby and bathrooms. But location is very nice. Connectivity to railway station as well as sevoke road is good. The staff were senior citizens, so you have to be patient while making your point. But they usually try to help and support. Carry ID proof of all family members. I travelled with my mom and dad and they asked for ID of all guests.

Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.

Full furnished place with day to day cleaning facilities and the food is good and the environment is free and no one disturbs you for no reason. Wifi is also available and everything in all is great.
