Worst experience ever, they have no professionalism, and above that they are mostly acting like a ignorant workers knowing nothing about customer service, they treat there existing customers for granted and and aspires to make new customers, the doom which is inevitable for air india is brought about by themselves. worst airline i have ever been . my luggage was opened by the airline staff few things missed in my luggage . my liquor bottle was opened which i have purchased it from duty free shop . new name should be given to this airlines CHOR [thief] airlines. noone helped me to recover my lost things. staff of this airlines needs to be payed more by the company so that they don"t do such things. i have request to all my dear ones not to travel from this airlines.
